Carli and the Reactions is a true innovative & entertaining full variety band that plays the best listening dance songs from the 20s to the present including styles like swing, jazz, Funk, R & B, oldies rock, as well as modern pop, and country. Carli and the Reactions variety band formed in 1999 as a true versatile band geared to fill a unique niche playing to specialty audiences who expect perfection by playing memorable music at the right time and on-schedule for events such as corporate, weddings, concerts and private parties. We are very confident by our track record that we can do so. Featuring Carli as the lead vocalist, whose pleasant yet powerful sound and interactive stage presence, adds a touch of class that makes every performance a consistent and memorable success. Backing Carli are Michael Berry on Drums, Ron Savage on Piano and vocals, Arthur Yoshinaga on Guitar and vocals, Edward Perez on Bass and vocals, and Kerry Paige on Saxophone, who are some of Denver’s finest musicians with each having more than 20 years of entertainment and musical experience.

By starting your next venue fully customized with your favorite dance songs, Carli and the Reactions is the perfect band for your next special event, dinner, dance, presentation, outdoor party, wedding, or corporate function. The band can be custom tailored to start with a guitar and saxophone duet for your formal wedding ceremony, a four piece jazz combo for your cocktail reception, and finishing with a full 7-piece dance band with dazzling singers and instrumentalists for your main event or any combinations to fit your theme. We will work personally with you and your budget to select the band size, theme, preferred style of music, and production requirements to match your specific venue and audience.

Carli and the Reactions regularly plays in various locations throughout Colorado and the Region including areas as Blackhawk, Aspen, Vail, Glenwood, Keystone and Denver and in rooms such as the Brown Palace, Westin, The Broadmoor and most major Hotels; Denver, Cherry Creek, Arrowhead, Castle Pines and most major upscale Country Clubs; Breckenridge, Telluride, People’s Fair and many local festivals; and special tour events such as Caribbean Cruise lines and Casino Circuit Tours.

Our current musicians were selected for being the premiere musicians in Denver with most having more than 20 years experience in Colorado and backing up some of the best acts around.
· Carli (Lead Vocals) Started performing at the age of 12. She has performed such places as Washington National Cathedral, Disneyland and locally at the Colorado State Fair, Peoples Fair, and other major events. Her versatility of music and style has given her the opportunity to work with very talented musicians both as a lead singer and in the studio.
· Ronald Savage (Keyboards/Vocals) Performed with own group and various other groups in Reno, Lake Tahoe, Las Vegas, Atlantic City, New Orleans, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas for the last 26 years. Played 3 years with Jazz/Rhythm and Blues Artist Laura Newman & AOA throughout Colorado. Accompanied Jerry Van Dyke, Dizzy Gillespie, Skip DeVol and Pam Tillis.
· Kerry Paige (Sax, Woodwind, Sax Synthesizer) Has backed up acts such as the Anthony James Baker Band and the Nachomen. Played in major events such as the Winter Park Jazz, CC Jazz, Keystone Jazz, Breckenridge Jazz, Aspen Snowmass Jazz and more. He has 30 years experience and operates a Sax School.
· Michael Berry (Drums) Attended DU music school. Played 5 years with Jazz/Rhythm and Blues Artist Laura Newman & AOA throughout Colorado. Michael has also played with Rare Silk, Dotsero, Nelson Rangell, Billy Tolles, Ernestine Anderson, Eddie Harris, and Mark Murphy. Has played Carnagie Hall, Redrocks & Opened for Jeff Lorber and Mel Torme.
· Arthur Yoshinaga (Guitar / Vocals) Freelance and studio guitarist in Colorado since 1982 in all styles including Jazz, Rock, and Country. He has backed up artist such as Billy Wallace, Billy Tolles, Bruno Carr, Red Holloway, Pete Crislieb in Jazz, and has played with numerous top bands throughout Colorado in many major events. He has over 25 years experience.
· Edward Perez (Bass / Vocals ) Has played in the local Denver and the National Rhythm and Blues scene for the past 20 years with groups such as the Christian Brothers Show Band, Brown Sugar, Camillo, and Second Wind, Mellow Moods, Stash, and Squad 4 playing in venues such as the MGM Grand in Reno to the Sheppards in Manhattan NY.
